from a fashion swap at The Armory in Somerville

This was so much fun. The only fashion swaps I've ever been to have been in the homes of friends. This was a sponsored Boston Fashion Week event in a beautiful venue.
And let me just tell you, the ladies loooovvvve their free fashions, and they will climb over your ass to get them.

Nikon wars

Molly and I and our Nikon D40s. Shot at the same moment. Proper photo update soon, of our crazy fun girly weekend in NYC two weeks ago. Check out Molly's flickr for her half of the weekend photos. Game on.

lately.

I have been taking a lot of iphone pictures. Like, A LOT.

the weekend.

As I was recently accused of "only ever posting things from other blogs," I've decided to update with photos more often, as it is the only thing I create with any kind of frequency, or regularity.

That was last weekend.

This is this weekend. (Jalapeno margaritas, ahoy!)

Some long overdue photos from Christmas and the beginning of New Years. We spent New years in...so it was mostly apartment style shenanigans, drinking in our bedroom, and watching Back to the Future II on my laptop. WIN.

My Thanksgiving brilliance

I was too busy cooking to really take any pictures of Thanksgiving, but I have these three...hrm...next year I'm going to turn Thanksgiving into a goddamn photo shoot, with lights and backdrops.

I haven't been doing a lot of blog-worthy things, but I have taken some pictures

I think this is the proper way to ring in the start of the holiday season, don't you?

When I walked into the pantry, that little wrestler on the banana looked up at me, and I nearly yelped with glee. So much more fun than the chiquita banana lady (also pictured.)

Doesn't that garlic look like an alien life form of some kind? I ate it anyway.

lately...

haircuts, babies, the first pumpkin of fall!, multiple weekend trips to NYC, the B played a show under a jellyfish, and a retirement party for my grandmother attended by no other than (my favorite of favorite) Molly. I didn't blow up the pictures real big as I usually do because I threw a few digi-polaroids in there and working out the proper code for blowing them up and not having them warp would have been too much work for a Monday evening.
All photos by me unless otherwise noted.
